Terms of service
AskedPro is a service of Empirica Corp (“we”). These terms cover the askedpro.com website, the free AI snapshot and the paid monthly service. Paid clients also sign a written service agreement with Empirica Corp; where the two differ, the signed agreement wins.
The free AI snapshot
The snapshot is free and creates no obligation. We build it from public information about your business: your name, website, town and the answers AI assistants give. We never need a password for it.
What the paid service includes
Each month we:
- ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity the same 20 questions for each town we agree on, three times each, and save every answer;
- find and prepare fixes to your business listings;
- write one to two web pages or FAQs for your approval;
- set up and run a process for asking customers for reviews;
- find directory and listing gaps and fix the ones we can;
- send a written report with the raw AI answers and the range across repeats, your review and listing figures, and the call, click and visit figures you give us access to.
At day 90 you get a written recommendation: continue, adjust or cancel. Not included: advertising, social media management, website builds, and replying to reviews on your behalf.
What we never promise
AI assistants decide for themselves which businesses they name, and their answers change from one day to the next. We do not guarantee any ranking, mention, lead count or revenue. We guarantee that we do the work described and that we report the results accurately, including when they are poor. Published studies about AI recommendations show correlation, not proof that a particular change causes a recommendation.
Your approvals and access
- Nothing is published to your website or listings without your approval.
- Where a platform lets you add us as a user, we ask for that instead of your password.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you give us.
Reviews
We help you ask every customer for a review. We never write, buy, filter or reward reviews, and you agree not to ask us to.
One client per trade per town
While your service is active, we do not provide it to another business in your trade in your primary town.
Pricing
- Monthly service: $299 a month, billed monthly in advance, plus a one-time $299 setup fee.
- Founding clients (the first five): $199 a month for six months with no setup fee, in exchange for permission to publish a case study with your business name, screenshots and score changes, whatever the results.
The prices on this site apply to new agreements.
Cancellation and refunds
- The monthly service has a three-month minimum, then continues month to month.
- After the minimum, either side can cancel with 30 days’ notice. An email to contact@askedpro.com counts.
- Fees already paid are not refunded, unless your signed service agreement says otherwise.
Your results and our materials
- Content we write for your website is yours once it is paid for.
- The raw AI answers collected for your audits are delivered to you.
- Our audit software, methods and report formats remain ours.
- We may include your results in published totals about our clients, without your business name. Your name appears only in a case study you agree to.
Independence
AskedPro is not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with OpenAI, Google, Perplexity, Anthropic, Yelp, Microsoft or Apple. ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity are trademarks of their owners.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
